"The transportation from Shiroi went very well this morning. He's very happy. We're happy with the easy gallop he showed yesterday. Tomorrow we'll do a light canter. Our trainer Mr. Cruz arrives on Wednesday and it'll be up to him, but we'll probably start him from the gate and do a 400m gallop on Thursday morning.
Since his first Yasuda Kinen challenge last year he's achieved three big titles in Hong Kong so we're hoping he will do better this year."

"Since the weather last week was very poor, we just had to do as much as we could and did a fast canter yesterday. But the weather seems to be improving and we're hoping that we can get on with his tune-up towards the race as scheduled. As long as he gets a good pace in the race he can finish fast, so the long stretch at Tokyo Racecourse was an important factor in the decision to run him here. Tomorrow he'll just canter and we'll gallop him on Wednesday."
