“Similar to yesterday, she is eating well and the fatigue from the trip is gone. Today, I walked, trotted and cantered her going both directions, and it went exactly as I had hoped. I think she is in good form, judging from her trackwork today. As for training after moving to Tokyo Racecourse, I will give her some light training, as she had lost some weight on her way over here. Whether we will train on the turf track at Tokyo, we’ll decide after monitoring her condition after the transportation.”

“Both horses (Broome and Japan) are very well and happy, eating up all of their feed. Today, we trained them similar to yesterday, except today, we put some more stress on them. Condition-wise, both horses are moving very well and the grooms riding them in training are confident with the preparations leading up to the race. As for training after moving to Tokyo Racecourse, we will decide what to do after checking the turf track at the racecourse on Friday and discussing with the trainer (Aidan O’Brien).”
