COVID-19 News Update: Racecourse, WINS operations from Jan. 16 (Updated)
In measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, JRA racing from Jan. 16 (Sat.) will, in addition to the previously announced Tokyo and Chiba Prefecture areas, be held strictly as a non-spectator event in the prefectures of Aichi, Hyogo and Fukuoka as well until further notice.
In addition, and for the immediate future, there will be no betting ticket sales at WINS and other betting facilities listed below.
Those customers who have already purchased reserved-seat tickets for the ongoing Nakayama, Chukyo and Kokura Racemeeting (from Jan. 16 to Jan. 24), are kindly asked to see the instructions on the JRA Web site for reserved seat refunds under Nakayama, Chukyo and Kokura racemeetings.
The present procedures are subject to change in light of the developing situation. Notifications of any new changes will be forthcoming.
