Andrasch Starke receives short-term JRA Jockey's License
The Japan Racing Association (JRA) announced that a short-term riding jockey's license will be issued to German jockey, Andrasch Starke.
This short-term riding license is effective from October 31 to November 29, 2015.
Starke, 41, will be primarily riding for owner, Kazumi Yoshida, and Starke's host trainer, Yasuo Tomomichi, of JRA Ritto Training Center.
