Hugh Bowman receives short-term JRA Jockey's License
The Japan Racing Association (JRA) announced that a short-term riding jockey's license will be issued to Australian jockey, Hugh Bowman.
This short-term riding license is effective from November 19 to December 27, 2015.
Bowman, 35, will be primarily riding for owner, Katsumi Yoshida, and Bowman’s host trainer, Yasutoshi Ikee, of JRA Ritto Training Center.
