COVID-19 News Update: Coronavirus-related Assistance

To all those who have suffered from the coronavirus and to all those affected in any number of ways by the spread of the virus, we would like to convey our heartfelt sympathy.

To lend support to coronavirus countermeasures, the Japan Racing Association will donate 5 billion yen from the race-day return of the Grade 1 Takarazuka Kinen.

In addition to the above, the JRA has given coronavirus-related assistance as follows.

JRA Breeze Up Sale sales
will be donated.
Note: In addition, masks (some 60,000) have been donated to medical facilities and government agencies in the environs of racecourses, and training centers.

One thousand yen per mount of JRA race
has been put aside. The fund recipients
are; in Ibaraki Prefecture, “The
Coronavirus Infectious Disease Control
Medical Workers Support Fund” and, in
Shiga Prefecture, the “Gambaro! Shiga
Prefecture, Medical Support Fund”.
