COVID-19 News Update: Public Admission to Racecourses for Tokyo, Kyoto and Niigata Racemeetings from Saturday, Oct. 10
The JRA is reopening racecourses for limited admission to the public for the Tokyo, Kyoto and the Niigata Racemeetings from (Sat.) Oct. 10. Admission will be restricted to those persons who have purchased advance tickets for reserved seats.
Tokyo Racemeeting from (Sat.) Oct. 10 to (Sun.) Nov. 1
Kyoto Racemeeting from (Sat.) Oct. 10 to (Sun.) Nov. 1
Niigata Racemeeting from (Sat.) Oct. 10 to (Sun.) Oct. 25
Admission to racecourses is restricted to those persons who have purchased advance tickets for reserved seats. (All races will be open to same-day wagers.)
Note: Reserved-seat tickets are required for admission to the racecourse.
Note: Reserved-seat tickets are only available for purchase by lottery at "Reserved Seating Online Reservations" on the JRA homepage, listed below.

Tokyo Racecourse: 1,047 seats
Kyoto Racecourse: 778 seats
Niigata Racecourse: 621 seats

Note: Payouts for winning tickets will also be available at “Weekday Payout Window (located outside the gate)” of the Tokyo, Kyoto and Niigata racecourses. (Winning tickets can be cashed in without entering the racecourse.)
Any changes in business operations from (Sat.) Oct. 10 for PARK WINS, WINS, EXCEL, and J-PLACE will be announced.
