Stable staff tests positive for COVID-19

It has been confirmed that a stable staff working for trainer Yasuhiro Nemoto at Miho Training Center tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, Nov. 26.

The staff is currently being isolated and is under medical treatment in accordance with the doctor's instructions. The JRA will continue to work with the local health center to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The JRA race meeting after Saturday, Nov. 28, will be maintained as scheduled while taking extra necessary countermeasures to prevent the spread of the infection.

We have already taken measures to ensure that this case will not interfere with Great Horn (trained by Yasuhiro Nemoto), which is scheduled to run on Sunday, Nov. 29, in Race 4 at Tokyo Racecourse.
