COVID-19 News Update: Racecourse, WINS operations in Greater Tokyo area from Jan. 16
In measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, JRA racing in the Tokyo metropolitan area from Jan. 16 (Sat.) will be held strictly as a non-spectator event until further notice.
In addition, and for the immediate future, there will be no betting ticket sales at WINS and other betting facilities in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Those customers who have already purchased reserved-seat tickets for the Nakayama Racemeeting from Jan. 16 to Jan. 24, please be sure to see the JRA Web site for information on "Reserved seat refunds."
Normal operations will be in effect for racecourses and WINS outside the Tokyo metropolitan area.
The present procedures are subject to change in light of the developing situation. Notifications of any new changes will be forthcoming.
WINS facilities being suspended
There will be no betting ticket sales at the following WINS and other betting facilities until further notice.
WINS: Ginza, Korakuen, Kinshicho, Asakusa, Shiodome, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tachikawa, Kawasaki, Yokohama, Shin-Yokohama, Urawa
Light WINS: Ami
EXCEL: Tanashi, Isezaki
J-PLACE: Oi, Funabashi, Narita, Kisarazu
Racecourses: Tokyo Racecourse, Nakayama Racecourse
