COVID-19 News Update: Racecourse, WINS operations from Mar. 6
(Reopening the betting facilities in Kansai, Aichi, Fukuoka; online seat reservations resume for Hanshin, Chukyo meeting)
With the lifting of the states of emergency in some areas, the JRA is resuming business operations at racecourses and WINS off-track betting facilities from (Sat.) March 6.
WINS resuming sales from (Sat.) March 6
The betting tickets sales will resume at the following WINS and other off-track betting facilities.
WINS: Nagoya, Kyoto, Namba, Dotombori, Umeda, Kobe, Himeji, Rinku Town
EXCEL: Hakata
J-PLACE: Nagoya, Yatomi, Yokawa, Isezaki
PARK WINS: Kyoto Racecourse
Chukyo Racecourse (Sat., March 6 and Sun., March 7 only)
Kokura Racecourse (from Sat., March 13)
Note: Betting tickets will be sold for all races at all racecourses, including races open to prior-day sales (not available at some J-PLACEs).
Note: EXCEL Hakata will offer sales of betting tickets for races 9 through 12 at all racecourses, including races open to prior-day sales.
Note: The business hours are from each opening time until 2 p.m.
Racetracks resuming admission from (Sat), March 13
From (Sat.) March 13, Hanshin Racecourse and Chukyo Racecourse will permit the admission only for the customers who purchased reserved seats in advance. Please click the link below for the details of advance seat reservations.
Hanshin Racecourse (from Sat., March 13 to Sun., March 21)
Chukyo Racecourse (from Sat., March 13 to Sun., March 28)
Note: A reserved seat ticket must be purchased in advance for admission.
Note: Reserved seat tickets are allocated by lottery through “online seat reservations” on the JRA homepage. No ticket sales for reserved seats are available on the race day.

Other
In the Tokyo metropolitan area, the JRA will continue racing without spectators, and betting tickets in the area will not be sold at WINS or other off-track betting facilities.

J-PLACE: Oi, Funabashi, Narita, Kisarazu, Kasamatsu, Ena
PARK WINS: Nakayama Racecourse, Tokyo Racecourse, Fukushima Racecourse
