COVID-19 News Update: Racecourse, WINS operations from Mar. 27
(Reopening the betting facilities in Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama, Tokyo; online seat reservations resume for Nakayama racemeeting)
With the lifting of the states of emergency in Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama and Tokyo, the JRA is resuming business operations at the following racecourses and WINS off-track betting facilities from (Sat.) March 27.
WINS resuming operations
The operations will resume at the following WINS and other off-track betting facilities from Sat. March 27.
WINS: Ginza, Korakuen, Kinshicho, Asakusa, Shiodome, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tachikawa, Yokohama, Shin-Yokohama, Urawa
Light WINS: Ami
EXCEL: Tanashi
J-PLACE: Funabashi (from Mar. 28), Narita, Kisarazu
Park WINS: Tokyo Racecourse
Note:
Betting tickets for all races at all racecourses, including races open to prior-day can be purchased.
J-PLACE Funabashi will be operated every Sunday and offer sales of betting tickets for races only 9 through 12 at all racecourses.
The business hours are from each opening time until 2 p.m.
Operations at WINS Kawasaki and EXCEL Isezaki will remain suspended.
Racecourse resuming admission (Nakayama Racecourse)
From (Sat.) April 3, Nakayama Racecourse will permit the admission only for the customers who purchased reserved seats in advance. Please click the link below for the details of advance seat reservations.
Nakayama Racecourse (from Sat., April 3 to Sun., April 18)
Note: Reserved seat tickets are allocated by lottery through “online seat reservations” on the JRA website. No ticket sales for reserved seats are available on the race day.
