“We’ve done everything, we’re well prepared and at this stage there’s nothing more we can do—I leave the rest up to God.
The track is very firm, the drainage is super here. The rain dried up quick.
He’s a very typical European horse. Everybody said he’s a dirt horse but I think he can go on any surface.
From my impression, Straight Girl ran a very good race in the Hong Kong Sprint, so among the Japanese horses I have my eyes on her.
Since the race tomorrow is around after three, I think we’ll just give him a little walk outside to keep him happy and occupied.”
