“May Day Ready remains in good condition and eating all her feed.
We’ll decide with the trainer whether she’ll be trained left-handed or right-handed at Kyoto Racecourse, but it’ll be the same training as we are doing here at the Horse Racing School. We plan to do some hard work about a week before the race.
Kyoto Racecourse is a right-handed track, but her racing style is to travel in mid-division or towards the back and race behind the horses in front, so we don’t think there’ll be any problem.
Lanfranco Dettori, who is scheduled to ride her, is also confident about her ability.”
